Role Summary:

As an HR Specialist in GE Digital, you will play a central role in driving positive employee experience for our business. This is an employee facing role, and you will be the custodian of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes. You will act as the primary liaison to both global and local HR Service Delivery COEs. In addition, you will be closely involved in various HR initiatives and special projects.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Work closely with global and local HR Service Delivery COEs to assist employees with complex processes and associated roadblocks
• Take ownership of HR dashboards and data quality, including specialised reporting and analysis to assist decision making
• Manage new hire induction and probation, in coordination with business, HR Managers and Talent Acquisition stakeholders
• Assist the HR team in execution of HR processes including data analysis, documentation and employee communications
• Manage Technical Training programs through planned and ad-hoc requirement gathering and execution with vendors
• Take ownership of procurement processes (PR/PO) for HR expenses and programmes
• Work closely with employee groups in planning and executing employee engagement events
• Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care
• Assist with other HR special projects or initiatives as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Business Management from an accredited university or college (MBA in Human Resources preferred)
• Minimum 2 years prior professional work experience as an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator
• Ability to manage and analyse large volumes of data – proficiency in Microsoft Excel and its data management features
